Potomac Riverfront & Magpie
2 night minimum stay on Fri & Sat

Tent Camping for Groups of more than 10 people

Riverside Group Site

• This site is tucked into a cozy corner of the campground near our wooded cabins.
• $161/night for the site, Holidays $175
• 20 person maximum

Friendship Group Site (formerly Robin’s Hood 1 & 2)

• $245/night for the site, Holidays $275

Pavilions:

Guests have access to the two big pavilions next to the playground as long as River & Trail is not using them for other events.

Reservations
Payment must be taken at the time of reservation.  For groups of 20 or more a 50% deposit is required at time of reservation and final balance is due 1 week prior to check in.

For reservations, please book online or call 301-834-9950 until 5-7 pm (depending on the day). Otherwise, you can check in directly at the campground. A host can check you in until 10 pm. 

Cancellation Policy
Individuals: Payment is due upon making the reservation. No money refunds are given. However, you may reschedule your trip to a later date with two days notice.

Groups of 20 or more: 50% due at time of reservation, final payment is due 7 days prior to arrival. No refund with less than three weeks notice. With three weeks notice, River and Trail keeps 25% for administrative costs. Numbers may be fine tuned up until 7 days prior.

Trip Insurance Cancellation Policy

Individuals (1-9 people): Cancel up to 48 hours in advance of your trip for any reason and receive a refund for your trip. Cancellations less than 48 hours will receive a credit with a minimum 1 hour notice before the trip. The cost of the insurance is non refundable or issued as a credit.  

Groups of ten or more: Cancel up to 48 hours in advance of your trip for any reason and receive a refund for your trip. Cancellations less than 48 hours will receive a credit with a minimum 3 hours notice prior to the trip. The cost of the insurance is non refundable or issued as a credit.
